This Saturday, July 25, marks the last day for the Green Market this season. In celebration of a wonderful year, the Green Market will have a day of appreciation for its vendors and patrons.

Musical entertainment will be provided by The Back Porch Band from 10 a.m. to noon. The band plays traditional ballads, folk and Celtic music. Band members play many instruments including violins, dulcimers, cello, harp, wash boards and Irish whistles.

Several children’s activities will take place on Saturday including arts and crafts, face painting, bubble and games. 

Green Market magnets will be given to patrons on Saturday in addition to coffee, pastries and lemonade. 

Everyone will also have the opportunity to purchase Cane River Green Market merchandise at “end of the season” sale prices. These items include t-shirts, reusable shopping bags and insulated cups.
