The Cane River Green Market is now taking applications for the 2010 Market Coordinator. This person will be responsible for the weekly coordination of the Cane River Green Market, Natchitoches’ local farmers market.

The coordinator must operate the market on designated Saturdays. The coordinator shall have strong organizational and managerial skills and some knowledge of farming or gardening. Theey must also possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.

The Cane River Green Market will be open every Saturday on the downtown riverbank from April 24 - July 31, 2010.The position is part-time and seasonal and the coordinator would be paid $14/hr for 10 hours each week.
